At no time is member information shared with or passed to any third party, other than as part of an attestation under the SCEAS approach.

The process, know-how and methodology for evaluating and analysing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) management systems using Artificial Intelligence functions, known as the Supply Chain Excellence Assurance Service (SCEAS) as described in various documentation is the subject of a patent application under the European Patent Convention (EPC).
Scope of Patent Protection:
The patent application covers the following innovations:
- The Integration of analysis in GRC Systems: The method for assessing GRC management systems, involving the use of the AI to evaluate data completeness, accuracy, cross-linking, granularity, timeliness, control effectiveness, and readability across multiple data sets.
- Quantitative and Qualitative Data Evaluation: The specific framework for generating pairwise comparisons, calculating priority weights, and applying consistency checks (including Consistency Ratio and Inconsistency Range Identification) to rank and assess datasets within the GRC framework.
- Multi-Dataset Comparative Analysis: The process for comparing multiple datasets from the same GRC scheme over time, using an evolving set of criteria and adjusting pairwise judgments to track progress and system maturity.
Patent Application:
A patent application for this process has been applied for with the European Patent Office (EPO), in accordance with the provisions of the European Patent Convention.
